Merchant Shipping Rules
Shipping Time: Merchants have no specific time limit for shipping.
User Refund Rules
User Refund Request: If users cannot wait for the delivery, they can apply for a refund.
Merchant Agrees to Refund: The funds will be immediately returned to the user.
Merchant Does Not Process Refund: The funds will be automatically returned to the user's balance within 72 hours.
Confirming Receipt of Goods
After Merchant clicks shipping on PCM:
User Confirms Receipt: Users can confirm receipt of the goods in the app after receiving them.
After Confirming Receipt: If there are no after-sales issues or platform arbitration within 7 days, the funds will be automatically transferred to the merchant's account within 7 days. The total transfer time is 7 days.
User Does Not Confirm Receipt: The system will automatically confirm receipt 14 days after shipping.
After Automatic Confirmation: If there are no after-sales issues or platform arbitration within 7 days, the funds will be automatically transferred to the merchant's account within 7 days. The total transfer time is 14+7 days.
After-Sales Issue Handling
After-Sales Issues: If issues arise after receiving the goods, users can apply for a refund or negotiate with the merchant.
Dispute Handling: If there is a dispute, the platform will intervene and arbitrate.
Funds Transfer Time Explanation
14+7 Days Transfer Time:
If users only sign for the goods without manually confirming receipt, the system will automatically confirm receipt after 14 days.
Within 7 days after automatic confirmation, the funds will be transferred to the merchant's wallet balance in the platform.
7 Days Transfer Time:
If users confirm receipt without any issues and manually confirm receipt in the platform, the funds will be transferred to the merchant's wallet balance in the platform within 7 days.
(Only after 14 days will the expected transfer be displayed)
